Every product at Creatives Crafts is carefully handcrafted and checked before dispatch. As most items are handmade and delicate, we accept returns only in the cases below.

Eligible for replacement or refund

• Product received is damaged or broken in transit.
• Wrong product or wrong quantity delivered.
• Product is missing from the package.

How to raise a request

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aniketgami64@gmail.com with your order number.
• Share a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package) and photos of the product. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Return / replacement requests must be completed within 7 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return

• Change of mind, or products ordered by mistake.
• Minor variations in colour, size or design — natural in handmade items.
• Products that have been used, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.
• Items bought on sale or clearance, unless damaged or wrong.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI / bank transfer to details you share with us.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Email aniketgami64@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
